Add-on services are quoted for your file, with government fees shown separately from our fee.
They include the government and authority fees, our service fee and the items listed on each card. They exclude things we cannot control or predict: document attestation in your home country, external regulator approvals for restricted activities, health insurance premiums, bank minimum balances, and any additional activities beyond the bundle. Everything excluded is listed in your written proposal before you pay.
Yes, subject to the quota attached to your licence and office format. Adding a visa within your existing quota is straightforward. Exceeding the quota means upgrading the package or the office, which is why we size the package against your eighteen-month hiring plan rather than today’s headcount.
We contact you sixty days before expiry with a renewal quote and the document list. Renewal covers the licence, the office component, the establishment card and any visas falling due. Expect 65–85% of your first-year figure. Renewing late attracts government penalties that accrue monthly, so diarise the date.
Government and authority fees must be paid in full at the point of submission — those are not ours to defer. Ask your advisor how our own fee is scheduled for your file.
