Yes, subject to credential verification. Your qualifications, experience letters and licences from previous jurisdictions must be verified and attested, and you must pass the regulator’s assessment for your speciality. Start the credentialing process early — it is usually the longest item on the timeline.
DHCC gives a purpose-built free zone environment with full foreign ownership and a specialist regulator. A DHA mainland licence puts you in any commercial district in Dubai and can be better for location and patient catchment. The right answer depends on your speciality, your patient base and where you want to practise.
For standard, non-regulated activities with complete documents, expect the licence within three to ten working days. Residence visas add a further two to four weeks after issuance, and corporate bank account opening runs three to eight weeks in parallel. Regulated activities requiring external approval take longer, and we tell you how much longer before you commit.
