These terms govern your use of this website. If you engage us for services, a separate written engagement letter and proposal will govern that relationship, and where the two conflict, the engagement letter prevails.
We write the content on this site ourselves and we keep it current to the best of our ability. Government fees, thresholds, processing times and regulatory requirements in the UAE change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes without public announcement.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it creates an advisory relationship. Cost figures are indicative planning ranges, not quotations. Before you act on anything here, confirm the current position with an advisor.
Emirates Business Lounge is a private business setup consultancy. We prepare and submit applications to government authorities, free zones, banks and regulators on our clients’ behalf. We are not a government body and we do not approve, grant or guarantee any licence, visa, registration or bank account.
Approval decisions rest with the relevant authority or institution. Where an application is refused for reasons outside our control, our fee for the work performed remains payable, and we will tell you clearly at the outset where that risk sits.
Our advisory and processing fees are quoted in writing before work begins and are shown separately from government and authority fees. Government fees are payable in full at the point of submission and are not refundable by us once paid to an authority.
Any figure described as indicative is an estimate. Your written proposal is the operative quotation.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunity.
We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, banks, regulators, document attestation chains in other countries, or information provided late or incorrectly by you.
