The incorporation itself, yes — the portal supports remote signing and the licence is issued digitally. You will still need to be physically in the UAE for a residence visa, because the medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics cannot be done remotely, and almost every bank requires the signatory in person.
It is one of the more popular choices for online sellers, because the activity catalogue covers e-commerce cleanly and the setup is quick. If you hold physical stock in the UAE and need bonded warehousing, look at Dubai CommerCity or Dubai South instead.
For standard, non-regulated activities with complete documents, expect the licence within three to ten working days. Residence visas add a further two to four weeks after issuance, and corporate bank account opening runs three to eight weeks in parallel.
